Just what I needed
Last weekend, I took a girls only road trip to Vegas. There were no husbands. No kids. No obligations. Only rest and relaxation. It was just what I needed.
There were pedicures (not sure why he's wearing that mask. I swear my feet were clean and stink-free).

 There was plenty of eating.

And dinners with friends (in places where there are no high-chairs).

Life on the road is easy and fun.

And in keeping up with the documentation of other mileage milestones in my car, we hit 88888 somewhere outside of Parowan.

In a place that looked like this. Beautiful.

ok...so jealous now....I miss Vegas....I'm a Vegas girl living in NYC....after living there for 9 years...it is just HOME!
Glad you all had such a good time. :)
Roadtrip - awesome! Looks like you had a blast, and some much- needed downtime. :)
That sounds PERFECT!! Good for you for taking some time to yourself!
It was SO fun! I'll send you the pics I took (belatedly-sorry).
What a fun trip!! I agree w/Heather. Good for you for giving that to yourself. :o) I think I'm needing a trip to Vegas, too. ha ha
I had no idea you were here! I laughed at the pedicure pic - they all wear masks for some reason! Was that nail salon on Eastern, by chance?! Where did you stay while you were here? Glad you had fun - without the kids!
I think I missed you Kari - weren't you and G in Cali that weekend? We stayed at the Worldmark on the strip. And that salon is actually on South Las Vegas Blvd, right by the outlet mall. We just walked in - I couldn't tell you the name.
I am soooo bummed I couldn't go. It looks like you had a great time.
