Big spinach, arugula and tomato salad with light but not fat-free dressing. Small portion of normal dinner. Snack: soybeans, fruit, Kashi granola bars. Brush teeth after dinner so you're not tempted to snack late at night. Lots of water or decaf tea or coffee when tempted to snack. And certainly your exercise program is awe-inspiring!
